Season Passes Policy

• Season Passes are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• The Release of Liability Waiver must be COMPLETED IN FULL and SIGNED by ALL pass holders 19yrs and older, DATED and WITNESSED by a Ski and Ride Smithers employee 19yrs. and older before a pass can be issued.
• In the event you forget your season pass, a complimentary day pass will be issued ONE TIME ONLY. If you forget again, a day pass will have to be purchased.
• In case of loss of a season pass, notify Guest Services immediately. If the pass is not found it will be replaced for a reprocessing fee of $30.00 + GST ($31.80).
• A season pass, once issued, may be subject to CANCELLATION OR REMOVAL by Hudson Bay Mountain Adventures without refund at its sole discretion. The privileges and services the season pass grants MAY BE REVOKED IN THE EVENT OF MISCONDUCT, FRADULENT USE OF THE PASS, FAILURE TO OBSERVE POSTED NOTICES OR WARNINGS, OR FAILURE TO OBEY THE ALPINE RESPONSIBILITY CODE.
• Family seasons pass rates apply to those who are married or who provide proof of common law residence and their children.
• Family consists of two adult parents (19 and over) and any number of children under the age of 18, with a minimum of three persons legally related, all living in the same household.
• MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CLOSE THE MOUNTAIN OR LIMIT OPERATIONS AS THEY SEE FIT IN THE INTEREST OF PUBLIC SAFETY. SUCH CLOSURES WOULD INCLUDE EXTREME WEATHER RELATED INCIDENCES.
• All Adaptive (Disabled) Skiers and Boarders are entitled to 50% off Season Passes and 50% off Day Lift Tickets when a Disabled Skier Association Membership Card is presented.
• Volunteers, Guides and Assistants that are members of the Disabled Skier Association are entitled to 50% savings on Daily Lift Tickets and Season Passes.
