Our first release of alpine home sites is imminent, and will include 37 pristine sites. With sunlight pouring in from dawn to dusk, and every aspect of this development focused on maintaining the mountain wilderness, capturing the dream of living amongst an untouched alpine paradise is now within reach.

These fully serviced, expansive home sites were created with a view to preserving the true essence of nature’s abiding presence, and range in size from 8,500 to 20,000 square feet. Each lot will offer panoramic views and the true ski-in ski-out access others only claim to have. Registered design guidelines are in place to direct the architectural style and theme of this residential development on the mountain.

Skiing and snowboarding on the expanding Hudson Bay Mountain, world-class fishing and hunting, and endless opportunities for biking and hiking through the untouched wilderness that surrounds Smithers is just the beginning for this four-season playground. Master Plan Approved

We are very pleased to announce that the Province of British Columbia has now approved the Ski Area Master Plan for Hudson Bay Mountain.

The Master Plan sets out the framework for the transformation of Hudson Bay Mountain into a spectacular multi-season, regional resort that preserves the mountain wilderness experience. The approval of the Ski Area Master Plan by the Ministry of Tourism is the culmination of two years work and completes one very large step towards realizing this vision. Under the first phase of the Master Plan the resort will be able to add new ski lifts, add new ski runs and increase the skiable terrain on Hudson Bay Mountain.
